How best to do 2-Step (confirm) action

I added garage door opener to the control screen I use for setting my DSC alarm.
Works great but I'm trying to add a safeguard.

I don't want the garage door opened accidentally so am thinking of implementing a 2-step action for the control page item.
While I can do it via an extra switch I'm wondering it there is a somewhat more elegant way to do it, without tying up a switch/outlet.

I'm mimicking my garage door switch using a FortrezZ MIMOlite.

Turned out easy-peezy using an additional control page.

Button on primary control page loads secondary control page where garage door button is now located.
