Indigo Domotics

I am using Indigo to control a sprinkler system, and I want to get precipitation forecasts so that I can reduce or not water if rain is forecast. Specifically, I'm looking for two things:

The precipitation probability (ex: 75% chance of rain today)
The expected precipitation amount (ex: 0.25 inches of rain in forecast)

Which plug-ins have precipitation forecasts, and how do I use this in conditions? I can't find it in NOAA Weather or Cynical Weather, and I cannot get NOAA Weather Plus working.

The plugin Weather Device has current precipitation for the last hour, and current precipitation for the day. It also has forecast precipitation for today and the next 3 days. Lastly, it has yesterday's total precipitation.

The plugin 24 hour Forecast Device has predicted precipitation every hour for the next 24 hours.

The plugin 10 day Forecast Device has predicted precipitation for today and the next 9 days.
