Phantom triggering of devices

I'm finding that some my devices (i.e Flush 1D Relay - Qubino (ZMNHND) are triggering without any command from Indigo. I found this morning that my floor heating had turned on when no trigger event occurred. The only associated device events I could find in the Event Log was scheduled power update trigger for the device every mins (See attached), & the me turning off the device.
I'm also finding these types of events with other devices.
Is anyone also experiencing the same events, if so have you worked out why?

Your screen grab shows a scheduled event activating. Nothing about the "phantom trigger". Is that in the log?

And please cut and paste log entries. Don't do screen grabs, They're very hard to read.

The scheduled event is the only thing I can find that relates to the device in the Event Log.
