Why Is It Some Triggers are just a problem

So in General I have two separate triggers setup....

Trigger 1

When the Garage Door goes up at night turn go garage lights and turn on outside spot lights......Garage lights come on every time. Rear Spot is a constant problem.

Trigger 2

When back door opens at night turn or Rear spot lights......Spot lights come on every time with that trigger.....

So why is it one does with a device and the other is a problem?

What kind of devices are those? Maybe there's a collision if the commands are sent out too close together.

I use a short delay between turning on each device. Might help.

Adding a delay between the devices turning on didn't help....Garage light still comes on 100% and Outside spotlights won't

I did notice is I click the execute trigger it works correctly but if it actually executes when the door opens it doesn't

What specifically does the Event Log show? Is there an error? Copy/paste both the working Trigger results and the Trigger that fails so we can see specifically what is being reported by Indigo.
