Trigger (KeyPad) not initiating Action Group

Greetings

I've setup an Action Group for a room lighting scene to be used by various Insteon Keypads in my home. Sometimes it works immediately. Sometimes it takes a few on/off cycles to get any or all of the lights to respond. Is there something I'm missing to make the trigger/action group/scene combo work reliably?

Are you seeing errors in the Event Log window when it doesn't fully work? Copy/paste what you're seeing.

I'm not seeing any errors and it's happening with two triggers/action groups/scenes that I've setup to test with.

Creation Steps:
1) Created Action Group
2) Created Scene within Action Group
3) Created Trigger for ON and a Trigger for Off linking to an Insteon Action Group & Scene

And after Indigo sent the Insteon Scene command in your screen capture, some devices in that scene didn't turn on and you didn't seen any Insteon no ack errors?

That's correct, lights didn't go on (or off in some cases when turning the scene off) and no errors were presented. Similarly configured 'scenes' using devices linked directly to the button rather before converting the scene to an action group had no issues.

Select the Interfaces->INSTEON/X10 Power Line->Configure... menu item. On the resulting dialog, click the Interface Options... button. On the resulting options dialog, check both checkboxes at the top of that dialog and try again (watch for more errors in the Event Log window).

That worked. It's introduced a slight delay between DIN modules activating, but it is working.
