No, but you can change it to Becomes Greater Than, instead of Becomes Equal To.
If that option not available then I’d be having serious words with the plugin developer who wrote that device as they’ve done it wrong.

Unless it's the GhostXML plugin that's the source of the data. That plugin saves every custom device state as a string.
