Dear All,

After upgrading to version 7.2 I cannot longer edit or add triggers. Below is the EVENT LOG error:

openDialogFor() caught exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException -- Invalid parameter not satisfying: aString != nil

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Regards,

Carlos

Hey Carlos

I have NO idea what the error code says, but my only outside guess is that the database is on a drive that Indigo doesn't have permission to write to. I'd check that, and then perhaps re-install the app and see if that helps..

But, honestly, I got no idea... :(

Hi Carlos,

If you are still having the problem then try temporarily disabling all of Indigo's plugins (just to see if the problem is related to a plugin or not). If that isn't it, then you can email us your Indigo Database file (support AT indigodomo DOT com) and we can try to reproduce the problem here.

Dear jltnol and Matt,

Thanks for the suggestions but it didn't work for me. I first tried disabling all active plug ins and later I re-installedl indigo. The error came coming back on both occassions "Error (client) openDialogFor() caught exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException -- Invalid parameter not satisfying: aString != nil"

I will email the database Matt, thanks for the help.

Carlos
