Trigger -says- it turns on the device in log, but it doesn't

This all used to work and then (perhaps around the time I had to replace the Insteon modem due to a failure), it stopped working:

I have a motion sensor with a relay trigger connected to an EZIO6. In Indigo v6.1.4 on OSX, I have a trigger for "any state change" on that device. It's set to run an action group called "Driveway Motion".

That action group has a single device entry, turn on the driveway lights with a 5-min auto-off.

If I click on the Execute buttons at the trigger itself or the action group, BOTH WORK as expected and show up in the log. The lights turn on.

If I go out and walk in front of the sensor, it triggers and is received by Indigo. Indigo then SAYS in the log Window that it is "Sending INSTEON..." to turn on the driveway lights, but it does not turn on. I'm stumped.

What could be the difference between manual execution and real?

Thanks!
Dave

Can you copy/paste the Event Log results of both the working and not working scenarios into a forum reply for us?
