I'm not exactly following the setup here. Can you specify in more detail how both Triggers are defined?

I'm getting closer, but still not totally following your description. So does the auto-off correctly work, but only if the initial light isn't turned off?

Can you capture examples of it failing (and working if it works in some cases) in the Event Log. That will definitely help give a clearer picture as to what Indigo is doing (and when).

I do think it is your Remove Delayed Actions that is causing the auto-off to be deleted. I'd suggest you take a look at using a Timer instead – it will give you more granular control over stopping and resetting.
