Run automatically lights on/off in bathrooms in this way without IR sensor, only magnetic switch in the door, can not anything about coding, can you make a code so you do not need to run this many steps, a timer also if you do not close the door as the lights go off after 30 minutes, the advantage of applicants is when cleaning bathrooms so the door is always open and the lights are on and goes off when the 30min timer, if forget door closing this time as well

You don't really need the timer. In the action that brightens the light, add another action that turns the light off and delay that action by 30 minutes. That will cut out the 3rd trigger (when the timer expires) so you'll only have 2: one to turn on the light (which also starts the 30 second delay in turning the light off) and the other one to turn the light off (an optionally remove the delayed actions from the first trigger, though that's not necessarily required).
