[ANSWERED]: Pump Interference causing 2413U to power glitch

I have a recurring issue with a small 110V waterfall pump turning off where it causes an apparent "glitch" on my insteon network resulting the 2413U PLM at least thinking the power went down. i.e.
Schedule Water Feature Motion Garage Sensor On Day (delayed action)
Power Failure possible power failure
Error "Water Feature Pump" off; send failed (no acknowledgment)
Trigger Error - In Log File
Email Sent to “xxxxxxx@yyyy"; subject "Indigo Error Detected"
Connected to PowerLinc 2413U interface on port usbserial-A501LDGN
PowerLinc address 1E.4C.93, firmware version 9.11
Interface Failure lost connection with interface
Trigger Power Outage Notification
Trigger Power Outage Restored

The sequence is always the same where I see a no ack from turning the pump off followed by an "interface failure" and an instantaneous reconnect (which explains why the order above is incorrect).
The waterfall pump in question is on the same electrical circuit as the PLM and is literally 90 feet away from it on a point-to-point cable.

Would a filter on the pump help here or does this seem like something different and peculiar?

That is surprising. I've never seen a module/load cause a power failure type of reset of the PowerLinc. It sounds like the power surge to start the pump is causing a brown-out on that circuit.

I'd suggest trying to move them to separate circuits, or maybe installing some big capacitors across the HOT/NEUTRAL lines of the pump to help feed the initial power surge of the pump (so it doesn't suck down the voltage on the entire circuit so much).

I put a Filterlinc on it and it seems fine now.
I think rather than a brown-out, the pump was spewing noise on the line that confused the Powerlinc.
