*Comm Enabled* checkbox changing state ?

I have a TP-LINK device that has a bad habit of ending up with its *comm enabled* checkbox unchecked. I'n not initiating this, but I think Indigo might be making that change all on its own if the device is temporarily unreachable?

I don't want comm to this device to be disabled .... or .... I'd like comm to be automatically re-enabled after the device becomes reachable again (or a certain amount of time has elapsed? or as a product of a script that runs periodically)

How can I get the comm to re-enable automatically?

That's almost certainly the plugin itself disabling the device because it's unreachable. I don't think the Indigo server will ever do that.

Check with the plugin author on that.

Correct, the server will never disable a plugin device without someone telling it to (the plugin, a script, UI, etc).
