and any schedules, action groups or triggers associated with the device? When you start to get a lot of devices it would be nice to have some backup documentation so if a total failure you have a starting point for what you had set up.

Not really, though there are some plugins that so some reporting. Your best solution is to make sure that you have regular backups so if something bad does happen you can easily recover from a backup.
