Schlag Lock Stuck 1/2 in 1/2 out

Today I noticed my schlag lock wasn't responding and a sync didn't help. I excluded the lock and included with encryption....As Indigo was setting the security key it failed. Now I am unable to include or exclude the devices in anyway.

I tried with Indigo's built in as well as taking the stick to the door. I also put the stick in a Windows machine and tried to remove the deice that way. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

After a few dozen times I was able to get the lock out. Now once I include it back in it doesn't seem to want to lock or unlock. Now errors just not working.

If there are no errors but the lock isn't changing, then it sounds like it was included without encryption enabled. Try excluding it again, re-including it with encryption (note you have to leave the Z-Stick in the Mac for encryption inclusion to work), then re-sync it. If that doesn't work, then copy/paste the Event Log window results of all of that into a reply for me.
