Local servers not found via Bonjour

Recently, after things were working properly on both our iPhones (iOS 13.3.1), neither phone was able to connect to a selected server. I reinstalled Indio Touch and now no servers are found/ listed. via Bonjour. On our iPads (iOS 13.3.1) Bonjour finds the servers and I am able to connect to any one I choose.

I tried entering a server manually (http://192.168.10.96:8176) but the connection failed, timed out.

What may be the problem/solution?

Are you sure the phones are connected to the correct Wifi network?

Checked. On same network. Re-tried just now and iPhones still not connecting, but iPads do.

Quit server and re-ran; now all is well. So, go figure.
