Indigo Touch not finding Reflector

Indigo Touch not finding Reflector

For several weeks now my Indigo Touch software has been unable to resolve the reflector. I deleted the reflector and reset it with same results.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what is causing the

A Server With The Specified Host Name Could Not Be Found Error?

Sorry I should have explained that better. I deleted the reflector server from indigo touch. I then reset the reflector in Indigo following the instructions on the website and when I try to add reflector back in to indigo touch same result

You reflector is up, so that's not the issue. Given the error, it seems that Indigo Touch isn't able to resolve the DNS address of your reflector. Questions:

  1. When you delete the connection in Indigo Touch, close the settings dialog, then reopen it, do you see your Indigo Server in the list?
  2. Have you moved your Indigo Server to a different Mac?
  3. Have you made any configuration changes to your home network recently?
  4. If you turn off WiFi on your iOS device (assuming it has a cell connection), can you connect then?

If I remove the reflector server (without adding it back and close the settings and reopen it. No I don't see the server.

Indigo running on the same Mac mini since the first install.

No changes to the network recently. Running all Unifi and aside from patch updates nothing has changed.

SO I ay have solved 1/2 the problem I found that the reflector is there I was thinking it was the name you see on the website like xyzreflector when in fact is is just xyz

Edited....

So a few tries of rebooting and it just connected.....Jay thanks for your help
