Interesting log

I clicked 2 physical insteon lights on ... got this log: 1 for fan, 1 for light. I only hit them once

Those are received commands, so something is sending them to Indigo (via the PowerLinc). Maybe try a factory reset then resync to see if they're just in some odd state?
