Re: Virtual Devices not Enabled

It appears that the Virtual Devices interface (which is installed during installation) doesn't exist. Note that all the other built-in interfaces and plugins show up (Z-Wave, Web Server, etc). It would show up like this if it's disabled:

Code: Select all
Found disabled interface "Virtual Devices 2022.1.0" using API v3.0

Or like this if it's enabled:

Code: Select all
   Started interface "Virtual Devices 2022.1.0"

You will notice that neither log line is showing in your log. I would say that this means the plugin (this interface is implemented as a plugin) is missing, but you say that you've rerun the installer, which would have installed it. So, in a terminal window on the Mac running Indigo 2022.2.2, copy/paste each of the following commands (one at a time), then copy/paste the results into Code tags:

Code: Select all
ls -la "/Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 2022.2/Plugins"
ls -la "/Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 2022.2/Plugins (Disabled)"

And let's see if there are any apparent permission issues or something else.

Re: Virtual Devices not Enabled

I deleted all Indigo folders and deleted the app. Rebooted and then did a new install.
Virtual Devices is working now!!!

Thank you Jay.

Re: Virtual Devices not Enabled

Odd that two different Macs had the exact same plugin missing from two different Indigo versions...

And rerunning the installer should have fixed it - another mystery for two separate Indigo installs.

Re: Virtual Devices not Enabled

After some research I found that CleanMyMac X is removing the disabled plugin's that have never been used after running a "System Junk" cleanup. I have reported the issue to CleanMyMac.

Thanks again for everyone's help.
