Switching back to Indigo from SmartThings

SmartThings just never got their shit together, and the only thing I'll keep it for is to control the front door.

I have some z-wave switches and Insteon in the house, but need to pretty much go all in on one or the other. instead reliability is bad, but Z-Wave switches are kind of large.

If I'm going back to entirely Indigo, any recommendation on which platform I should double down on?

Re: Switching back to Indigo from SmartThings

The general rule of thumb is to keep your switches and outlets Insteon and use ZWave for your sensors and "other" stuff. I use a mix of Insteon and ZWave switchs and while the ZWave seems to be reliable in my environment it does have a slight lag and is much bulkier than the Insteon stuff.
