Spontaneous activation of particular device

I have a modest Insteon set up running in my house controlled by Indigo 6+. Recently, spontaneous activation of one LampLinc started to occur many times per day (see below.) Today, additional activation of another device (Spots-Barn) also started. I've tried to delete the device so as to see the events that are triggering and nothing comes up. No activation of LR-BackWallRight ever occurs properly through Indigo without being dimmed to 80%. Likewise, Spots-Barn is never dimmed through Indigo...in other words no Indigo programming statements ever cause the actions noted below. It seems spontaneous.

I have deleted the LR-BackWallRight switch and reinstalled without benefit. When deleted, sometimes the raw Insteon address will appear and continue the on-off pattern.

Try unplugging the "LR-BackWallRight" module from the wall for a day. Does that prevent the logging in Indigo? If so, then the commands are originating from the module and it might be malfunctioning. I'd suggest trying a factory reset in that case of the module (per its instructions). Also try plugging it into other outlets/circuits to rule out a power line noise issue.

Thank you for the suggestions. Oddly, the phenomenon has stopped after going on for more than a week. I did disconnect the module for a few minutes and, as I said, I deleted it, reinstalled, re-defined, etc., so for whatever reason problem solved. Deus ex machina!
