[ANSWERED]: GE Dimmer No Ack non-responsive

Hello

I was wondering if anyone had seen this. This past week I embarked on a full kitchen remodel. During the project I turned the power off to the counter top receptacles and lights. When I turned the power back on I noticed the GE Wave Recepticle for the coffee pot was No Ack and my Dimmer also GE for the Light over my Sink was no Ack. I Synced the Coffee Pot and all was fine but the Sink Dimmer appeared to be DOA. When trying to sync I was getting could not get return route in the log. Below is a portion of the log

Odd thing about it is I almost never use this dimmer, (maybe twice all year)

Is the Dimmer dead or should I try to install it somewhere else first?

Before moving it I would first try excluding it from the Z-Stick, re-including it, then re-syncing it in Indigo. Sounds like it might have died, but sometimes modules get into a bad state and an exlcude/re-include will get them reset.
