can't operate any devices

my system has stopped working. My 2423U stopped worjing so I replaced but now i can't control a light switch.The message I get is send failed (no acknowledgement). If I try define and sync, i get failed to establish a link with the device. Resync links gives me the same message. I'd be willing to completely start over, but I don't know howto start with a blank slate.

Help?

Hi Tom,

Try unplugging the 2413U from the outlet and your Mac for a minute or so to see if that gets it working. If it doesn't then try a factory reset of it.

It works because you told me to plug it in the outlet and that reminded me i had it in a power strip.
it worked that way for quite awhile, but I plugged it into a wall outlet and everything works. Thanks!
