lamplinc turns off with scene and then turns back on?

I have a lamplinc that however it is switched off a few seconds later it turns back on. I have reviewed the Events folder and watched the event log after I turn off the lamplinc, but I don't understand what exactly it is telling me in the log. See attached log. Any ideas. And yes I replaced the module with a brand new one and it does the same thing. So apparently the command is coming from something in my Indigo data base. Just don't know what.

I got this initial response from Matt:
"That is a pretty strange one. I would say the module is malfunctioning, but if a replacement module responds exactly the same way that seems very unlikely. Generally, Indigo always logs commands it sends via Insteon, but just to make sure the command to turn it back On isn't originating from Indigo let's turn on Indigo's debug logging. To do so hold down the Option+Shift keys while choosing the Indigo 7->Preferences... menu item. Select the General tab panel then enable the "LLIO" checkbox option. Finally, repeat the steps you did before. Indigo will show its lower level debug logging, which will definitely include any commands it is sending. Let's see what that turns up and go from there."

Re: lamplinc turns off with scene and then turns back on?

Indigo is showing it is sending to commands OFF, then a SET BRIGHTNESS to 0.

How specifically are you turning off the module from Indigo? Can you do it again (with debug logging still enabled) and just have Indigo send the OFF command?
And can you select the text and then copy/paste the contents of the Event Log window instead of taking a screen shot? I want to make sure I'm not missing something important and the image cuts off at the top.

Re: lamplinc turns off with scene and then turns back on?

I have tried turning the "fireplace left" lamplinc off several ways: executing a scene from indigo touch, from indigo, by turning off with a linked switchlinc. Each time the light comes back on in a few seconds. I have deleted the lamplinc and re-added it. I have renamed it. I replaced it with a different module but none of this works. I have reviewed my triggers and don't see anything that would cause the light to come back on. here is the event log contents after executing the scene.

Re: lamplinc turns off with scene and then turns back on?

If you have a SwitchLinc directly linked to it, and you see the behavior of it automatically turning back on in that case, then try that again but temporarily unplug the PowerLinc from the wall and the Mac. If it still automatically turns back on then you know it has nothing to do with the PowerLinc or Indigo. If that is the case then I think it is the modules load-sensing circuitry detecting (incorrectly) that you are manually trying to turn the lamp back on. See the LampLinc manual for steps to disable the load sense capability.

Re: lamplinc turns off with scene and then turns back on?

Figured out the problem. I checked the load sensing and that wasn't the problem. Called Smarthome and did a factory reset (for the forth time) . That did not help. I unplugged the PLM from my mac, that didn't help. At the request of Smarthome support, I moved the lamp-linc to a different wall outlet (and a different lamp) and the issue went away. Tried plugging the Lamplinc and the lamp that was malfunctioning into a different outlet and that didn't work. I changed the light bulb from one FEIT brand to a different FEIT type of LED bulb and problem solved. It was not necessarily the bulb type because I use that bulb type in other fixtures in the same room with no problem. It apparently was that particular bulb that was the problem.
