New Mac running 13.3.1 reflector down

I've migrated from an older Mac to a new Mac now running Ventura 13.3.1 with Indigo 2022.2. All is good except I can't get the reflector to run so Indigo Touch is not responding.

When using Time Machine to move from an Intel to an Apple Silicon Mac, the python install from Indigo will not work because it is installed specifically for x86. Follow these steps to remedy:

1) Shut down the Indigo Server and the Indigo Mac client app
2) Delete the following directory:

Code: Select all

/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework

(that is the Library folder at the top level of your Mac's boot drive, not the one in your user folder).

3) Rerun the Indigo installer.
4) Restart Indigo and it should start up correctly.

We're investigating if there is a way to have the Indigo installer correct this issue but at the moment this procedure will correct the issue.
