macOS 12.3 Indigo Client talking to an older server machine

I might have an older Mac mini I can resurrect to install the server on. Will Indigo work as a client on macOS 12.3?

No, the client isn't licensed. Be sure to only install the client (and not the server) by clicking the Customize button when you run the installer on the other Mac (or you can just copy the Indigo X.Y application from the Applications folder from one Mac to the other). This will avoid the server trying to start on your 12.3 Mac and causing odd behavior.
