Is basic M1 Mini sufficient for Indigo?

Considering moving from MacMini Intel to M1 but wondering if basic one with 8GB memory is enough or if I have to custom order.

Re: Is basic M1 Mini sufficient for Indigo?

If this is helpful, I bought the basic M1 mini (bare bones version), which runs headless for two applications: Indigo server and Security Spy.

There have been no problems the entire time. Security Spy is running with 20 cameras attached, which uses much more RAM and CPU that Indigo. if I were to add more cameras, more RAM would probably be nice, though.

In other words, the basic M1 runs Indigo and a whole lot more.
