Corrupt indigo database please help

I feel sick... I've lost my whole indigo setup

my wife complained that she couldnt use the wireless light switches so I checked indigo touch for the log, and had a load of sql and other errors. Fine I thought, quick log on to check the postgresql server, maybe its blocking the indigo server.

But no, logged onto the mac mini and clear that it had restarted at some point, and worse, it couldnt open my datebase file. Even worse, time machine, pointing to 2 different NAS drives seems to have failed due to out of disk space, and Acronis has also not worked.

Timemachine looks like it should have been running, I see updates to the folders yesterday, but I cant access it.

Is there anything I can do? Most recent back up appears to be 2018. I thought indigo utilities backed up the file daily, but only see that from 2018... must have stopped sometime and I didnt realise.

Please someone say the corrupt file can be fixed!!!

I don't know your setup, ie directories . The date of the directory is the date the directory was created, the files inside have the proper time stamp.

I do in addition a MANUAL copy of my whole indigo directory once a month to a different MAC in a different room on the local disks .. just in case

Cheers. I think I disabled utilities at some point. Think it had an error.
I've found a June version from when I updated to 2021.1 and got time machine working and found a July version there so better. But missing my migration of ZigBee to hubitat and a lot of logic change so still half a day to get it all back.

Re: Corrupt indigo database please help

Matt - you are a star.

He managed to remove the corruption in the file and give me back all my devices, triggers, schedules etc. Now spending the evening sorting out timemachine and backups.

I think the cause was pm2 generating a 70GB log file and filling the SSD.

Karl - I also have utilities back up and working again now. Do I create a schedule to execute the plugin action of saving the db and prefs?

Thanks
Simon

Glad to hear that it was resolvable.
FYI - There is a new version of the Indigo Backup Plugin, and I believe it's in the Indigo "Store"...
