Error: Unable to create symbolic link

Running Indigo 2021.1.1

Seeing in Log:

Error
Unable to create symbolic link

Appears after Deleted old log and before Created new log

No obvious issues occurring, coincidentally

Indigo tries to create a symbolic link file called indigo_log.txt that points to the most recent log file. For some reason Indigo Server isn't able to create that file on your Mac. You might want to stop the Indigo Server, then delete any existing file called indigo_log.txt inside of:

/Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 2021.1/Logs/

then restart the Indigo Server. Maybe then it will be able to create the file. It failing to create definitely isn't a deal breaker – that symbolic link file is just for convenience.

Deleted file and restarted server. A-OK
