Relatively speaking, yes. It is possible that your active Indigo database might be in one of those folders, so I would double-check that. Also possible that your Indigo database still executes scripts in an older folder, but if you know it doesn't then you should be fine. If it were me, I'd keep copies of the older databases just in case and delete everything else.
