License transfer

I deactivated my license from my mac air to move to a mac mini but the mac mini 'Fails to connect to Indigo server' it has no problems connecting to any website on that mac mini. I have tried via ethernet and wifi . The License Detail menu is grayed out and i cannot even click on anything. Can I get my license manually deactivated from the mac air it is assigned to?

The license was deactivated already, so this looks like a server startup problem (not a license issue). We'll work with you to troubleshoot it via email.
