Deactivation of license after failed hard drive

Hi,

The hard drive on my server failed a few days ago. Fortunately I had a full daily backup in place which has fully restored the whole thing to the new hard drive... everything except my Indigo licence.

I can't activate Indigo without deactivating my previous version (which I obviously can't do) so the whole house has been on 'manual' for 3 days now - can someone help? I've tried using the support contact form but had no response.

Thanks!

There’s only Matt and Jay can do that.

Drop them an email at support@indigodomo.com though they’d usually have picked up license queries by now.

Thanks Peter,

I'll give it another go now and cross my fingers!

All sorted - they responded immediately but I think my server was greylisting their responses...

Yeah, not a whole lot we can do about that. Maybe you can configure your email server to whitelist emails from our domain?

Re: Deactivation of license after failed hard drive

Greylisting usually, depending on implementation, unblocks once a reply or second email has been sent so shouldn’t be a problem any more.
