Insteon Hub Died can not remove cooler link

I had a Insteon Hub and it discovered all of my lights.

it died

Now every time you press a switch it works (also all fo indigo works), BUT responds with a red light after the action.

The Device Links show unknown device 39.16.ef and I can not delete them

any thoughts on how to (preferably remote) wipe the knowledge of the old hub?
