I've been using Indigo for several months. I've been doing home automation much longer, but decided I needed to finally move off Insteon's unsupported HouseLinc software.
Anyway, as I understand it, to ensure Indigo keeps running, I need set Auto start Indigo server on user login and then set the user under which I run Indigo to automatically log in and then set the computer to auto power on if it loses power. What I dislike about this is that all you have to do to log in to the computer is unplug the power cord and then plug it in again. You automatically log in to the user. Is there some way to make Indigo server start without having the user automatically log in?
I just got a new 2018 Mac Mini and moved Indigo to it, so I'm thinking about this thing I don't like again. Any thoughts?
