Activate Service License

Yesterday, when addressing a Insteon problem, I began getting the Activate Service License popup and an error message when I tried to log in, something I had not been seeing, before. I used the Username and Password I had saved in LastPass when I purchased the software as well as the ones I use, now, to sign in to the User Forums, both of which resulted in the same fetch error (err: misc1).

Re: Activate Service License

Can you try accessing the indigodomo.com web site from that Mac using Safari, if it is a different Mac than what you used to make the forum post?

Also, try rebooting that Mac. If the problem persists then let me know and we'll dig deeper into what is going on.

Re: Activate Service License

The popup is appearing on both server and client machines. Rebooting makes no difference. It appears after starting the server, at the same instant that the main UI appears.

The (err: misc1) occurs when the same Username/Password used to log in to my account on the Indigo website is used to log in in the Activate popup.

What about this question I had:

Also try re-running the Indigo installer on your Mac (it won't delete/change any of your Indigo configuration files). It is possible the installation has become corrupt.

1. Can access website from both client and server machines.

2. Re-installed 7.1.1 and immediately got the Activate popup, again.

Re: Activate Service License

Do you have 2 Macs named WILLOW and NEENAH? Are you trying to run an Indigo server on both of them?

Re: Activate Service License

RE: NEENAH

In early April I temporarily put Indigo on NEENAH, when I was having all the problems with my Insteon Powerlinc, and then switched back to using WILLOW when I received the new replacement PowerLinc from ID. I just checked and the Indigo 7 app was still in Applications folder on NEENAH, so I removed it a few minutes ago.

RE: Activate Service License

A few hours ago, I tried logging in to Activate Service License on WILLOW, again, and was successful this time.

Thanks for helping me clearing this up.
