Just curious. What happens if:

1. I clone the System drive of my Mac Mini to my Mac Air.
2. I shut down the Mac Mini and move the ZStick to the Mac Air.
3. I start Indigo on the Mac Air and go from one Schlage lock to the next (I have three) including each one.
4. I restart the Mac Mini without the ZStick or Indigo.
5. I copy the Indigo database from the Mac Air to its location on the Mac Mini.
6. I install the ZStick on the Mac Mini and restart it. (Probably not necessary)

As you may be able to tell, I haven't been able to include these locks so far.

TIA

Re: Just curious. What happens if:

It might work, but I suspect it wouldn't work once you move it back. If the locks can't see the NWI request, that means that they aren't seeing their nearest Z-Wave device for some reason and isn't seeing the Z-Stick either. So, once you got it included and moved back to your other Mac the problem would persist: the Z-Stick and lock couldn't communicate because there's not a (reliable) network path between them.

Do you have another Z-Wave device that's roughly halfway between the lock(s) and the Z-Stick? Maybe try moving some around and then resyncing them starting with the ones closest to the Z-Stick/Mac and working your way outward towards the lock. This will rebuild the routes and would hopefully create a more reliable one.
