Moved to New Mini License Issue

Hey,

It seems per the web instructions I need to deactivate my license before I can run Indigo on a new machine?
Problem is I can’t find any way to do that. When starting Indigo on the new machine it only shows activate license
under the License Details menu, no button to deactivate.

When I click on activate license it just goes to the web site.

You're supposed to deactivate it on the old machine. If you can't do that, email support (a) indigodomo.com to do it for you.

Think maybe reinstalling might work?

The old mini is repurposed. No access to the old Indigo.

Then you will need to request Matt and Jay to to deactivate the license on the backend.

Sorry guys, I did have to take a break to take the dog for a walk around the block. Backyard is too muddy from some rain and he was going bonkers. Back to work now though!
