There appears to be some buglet that causes that window to show if there is a network connectivity issue. We haven't been able to reproduce it here yet (despite manually simulating various network error cases), but we've had a couple of other reports of it.
Note that the Indigo Server already is activated and you do not need to actually enter your username/password. Just press the button to dismiss/close the authentication window.
We will get this improved in an upcoming release.
