Speech announcement after upgrading to 2023.11.0

I recently upgraded DomoPad plugin to 2023.11.0 and now my speech announcements have stopped working. Is there anything I should do to make it work again after the upgrade?

To follow up my previous post, here is a debug log when trying to send a speak command to a tablet:
