Does anyone know how I can swap my PowerLinc V2 for the one with updated firmware? I have sent emails to Smarthome but haven't received any response....

I'd definitely call Smarthome and talk to them. They will swap it out, but the quickest way to get the ball rolling with them is over the phone and not via email.
When I had to get a defective SwitchLinc replaced, the answer I eventually coaxed out of them via email was "you have to call to get an RMA". Bleh! Exchange went smoothly after that, though.
