In the last few days, the Insteon Store has turned on the sales and ordering pages for the 2413-series PLM. The page shows an ETA of Q1-2023 and they have a "Notify Me" option for an email alert when the products arrive in stock.

Seems this is new production and some improvements have been made as the copy states:
