Easiest way to monitor a relay for change in state?

My EZIO4 (5010D) died, and I can't seem to find a new one. What's my shortest, easiest, and most reliable path to monitoring a contact closure or relay? My driveway monitor closes a set of relay contacts, and I need that to run an action group. That's all, but I'm not sure what I need!

Thanks
Dave

No one? Anyone? I just want to monitor a switch and run an action group... what hardware do I need to do that?

Thanks!

Re: Easiest way to monitor a relay for change in state?

Are you asking for a relay that integrates with indigo or a sensor that checks the relay state?

Relays: many solutions
- wifi
- zwave
- Insteon
- Bluetooth

Sensors
Is the relay low voltage or High voltage ?

Again many options.
- wifi
- Insteon
- Bluetooth
