Insteon Water Leak sensors

I notice that every month or so, I get a "Heartbeat" notification from my Insteon water leak sensors. It would be nice if Indigo could let me set a flag on receiving this message so I can set a routine to notify me if it hasn't been received in a while so I can keep track of a possible battery failure.

Is this possible? if not, please consider it as a feature request.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do the heartbeat monitoring. I just don't see anything in the documentation that looks close.
