KPL 6 button: independent 1 & 7 toggle possible?

Is it possible to have a 6 button KPL operate button 1 as a load toggle and operate bottom button 7 as an independent LED button in 6 button configuration, or is it only possible to have the load toggled from a single button 1 in 8 button mode? This is a new addition, and my other 4 KPLs are already in 8 button config.

I hate to post this as a topic, but I'm not finding it in forum or doc search, and I've been away from Indigo for about 6 years (v4, circa 2014) so my skills are a little rusty - my apologies if this question is exhausted.

I believe in 6 button mode the KPL will always have the top button be ON and the bottom button be OFF. Toggling the main load via a single button isn't possible in that configuration to my knowledge.

Thanks, that matches my efforts in messing with it. Back to 8 button I go. Hmm. Now I wonder what happens if I put in 8 button mode, put 6 buttons on it, and leave 2 and 8 unprogrammed. Inquiring minds will soon find out.
