PopwerLinc 2413U - Lost today sometime

So I get home this afternoon and none of my Insteon devices are working.
The 2413U has it's normal green LED illuminated so all looks normal.
I've rebooted Indigo (7.3.1) to no avail.
I am running on an old iMac macOS Sierra ver, 10.12.6.
iMac has been rebooted....

I am unable to "reset" the modem via unplugging, waiting 10 sec. plugging in whilst holding the reset button.

I can disable the instead interface within Indigo, but when I try and re-enable it, I get the normal fail to connect dialogue window.

As far as I know, nothing has changed since I left for work this morning. Since I cannot reset the modem, I am wondering
if it has gone bad and needs replacing. Any way to tell?
Any troubleshooting tips, I'm open at this point.

Thanks!

The only other thing I'd try is rebooting the Mac, though if the reset didn't work that may indicate that it's failed.

Does it show up in the System Information app on the USB bus?? Looks something like this:

Thanks Jay,
I just checked and it does show up just as in the screenshot you posted. I will reboot the iMac again this evening and post result back here.

All was working this morning...the power has faltered a time or two today, but not gone completely out...that may have caused some sort of issue with it.

Shutting down the iMac and a complete reboot didn’t get me anywhere. I’m wondering at this point if the PowerLinc is fried. We did have a brief brownout today sometime.

Next question, if I do replace the PowerLinc, will Indigo sync my links and associations with the new one? Anything special need to be done when replacing this thing?

The process is outlined in the docs.
