Insteon ApplianceLinc 4.A 2456S3 Repair?

Hello Good People,

Its been a couple of months since one of my ApplianceLinc stopped working. I have tried to reset and still its doesn’t work. When the module is plugged in an outlet there is a faint continuous blinking. If I put my ear to the module I can hear a very soft click with each blink.

While searching the Internet I came across this post:
"I have a revision 4.A 2456S3 ApplianceLinc that died in about six months. Dead short on the 30 volt supply. Have not tried to repair it yet, but have some 30 volt Zener diodes and 470uf 35 volt caps to try sometime. They are in parallel so I can't say which one it is yet."

I am hoping someone with more insight could possibly share their insight on repairing this module.
