questions about potential RF interference

I've seen X-10 at MacWorld Expos over the years, and have always been interested in getting into this. Now with the unit that can take over control if your Mac is off, this is even more enticing.

I'm completely new to the INSTEON technology. It sounds like it is preferred over X-10. I'm building an audio studio and am concerned about possible RF interference. What band does it use, how strong is the signal, etc.? I'm not necesarily going to control devices in the studio (although that might be interesting), but am mainly concerned about RF interfering with sensitive microphones.

The center frequency for the RF portion is 904 MHz and the band lies between 902 to 924 MHz.

More details can be found at http://www.insteon.net

There is a link on the home page for the Insteon whitepaper; if you have trouble falling to sleep at night.
