ZWave Associations - Door Sensor and Wall Switch

I have an Aeotec Door Sensor 7 and an UltraPro In-wall smart switch.
I used the Z-Wave Manage Associations to Make the Door Sensor as the Controller and the In-Wall Switch to be the responding device.
Sync was completed - however, when I "Open" or "Close" the door sensor I do not get a responding action to turn on or off the In-Wall Switch.

What am I missing?

Well, after posting the question - I continued to work with it and it seems that I needed to put the Responding Device in Group 2, rather than Group 1.
I am not sure why - however, all is working.
