Strange problems with Fibaro Plug

I have a strange problem with a Fibaro Plug.
The network optimization works fine, and also the turn on, but if I try to turn it off immediately after I turned it on, it fails, if I wait few seconds, it works.

I know that this is a corner case, but I am just curious.

If you turn polling off does the problem still happen?

If not, copy/paste the Event Log window results showing the error (and several lines before/after it) into a reply.

If polling is disabled the problem disappears.
