Zooz Zen71 Inclusion

I cant seem to get the Zooz Z71 On/Off switch to pair. Whats the secret?

What does the Event Log show? Normally failure to include either means the module needs to first be excluded (occasionally they come from the factory already included; I guess from QA) since modules can only be included with a single controller, or there is a range/interference issue.

I'm not seeing anything on the Event Log. Also the switch doesnt seem to work to even manually control the fan. Second Zooz switch I've purchased now and cant get either to work.

To reiterate above - try to exclude first.

I have gotten to the point that I will always attempt an exclusion before trying to include a new component. Adding new devices now goes a lot faster.

When I added my new ZEN73, I believe that it told me that it excluded when I started the Z Wave installation.
