recommendation for a z-wave dimmer, outdoor LED light string

I want to hang a few strings of LED lights. I want to be able to turn them off/on/dim. I tried my insteon dimmer but when off the bulbs glow faintly (bleed thru).
If not z-wave, is there another technology?

One "technology" that I've used in such circumstances is to use a dummy load resistor. The LED rope lights that we use above our kitchen cabinets suffers from the same parasitic glow when the Z-Wave device is off (Aeon Smart Dimmers). The dummy load is enough to absorb this power so that the LEDs don't glow, but they work just fine when on.

We used these, but you might be able to find a cheaper option.

Dave17,

A little late on the feedback but wanted to let you know that it worked perfectly.

Thanks again
